School Program
We believe that every child has the right to have access to education. School program started with the aim to help children with no possibilities to get the basic education they need in life. Today, we can testify that the children are getting more than school extra lessions, we are helping them to empower their skills and follow their future dreams.
About This Program
The project of the School Program started seeing the great need of the children for basic education. We began by giving help with their homework and we often helped them with school materials, such as bags and various school supplies.
The parents of the children are not able to help them with the lessons at home due to the low education they have and this made it very difficult for the children to learn. Also, the attendance at school it is low for the children of these communities, which makes it even more difficult for them to achieve good results. And as a result, children do not go willingly to school.
We have a dedicated program for the roma & children community to attend them after school hours, at homework and reading. Many of the children have missed classes and do not know how to read.
We have also worked and helped children who have dropped out of school, or who have not gone to school at all, to learn to recognize letters and write them, as well as to know and write numbers.
Our goal is to help children achieve good results in school and to attend school willingly.
We have seen that within a period of 6 months, the results of the children have significantly improved and some of them have started attending school regularly. Children of the Roma and Egyptian communities are marginalized in our society and they have big difficulties in attending school like other children. A large part of them do not attend school at all and also have registering problems since at primary school. Thanks to the School Program, these children have the possibility to take basic lessons about reading and math.
In these years of work, 30 children have started to attend school, primary and secondary level. Everyday, they have our help to do their homework. A large part of them started learning to read and write in adolescence.
Childrens also are discovering their talents on painting, acting, music etc.

Our team took care of him, to help Ernest get involved in what we were doing. Now Ernest is more friendly, active, plays with other kids, answers when we ask him questions. The little boy is sacrificing his childhood to provide food for his family. This heavy responsibility that he is holding on his shoulder made him a rebel child with an aggressive attitude. The love of God has touched him and with time passing, his attitude is changing. One day, while he was selecting the materials that he collected in the garbage bins, an explosive substance exploded in front of his face. His parents took him to the hospital, where he had a difficult surgery in his left eye.
